The EWPCN Medical Clinic is a primary care clinic offering comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. The clinic is staffed by Nurse Practitioners (NPs), who are Registered Nurses with advanced university education and clinical training in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. Our NPs serve as the patients primary health care provider, with access to an interdisciplinary team through the Edmonton West Primary Care Network.

How do I become a patient?

You can contact our office at (780) 443-7477 to inquire about becoming a patient. Depending on our capacity to enroll new patients, you may be asked to add your name to a waitlist. Please note: the EWPCN Medical Clinic’s target population is to serve those without access to a family doctor or other primary care provider. If you are currently connected with a primary care provider, you will be asked to de-register with your current provider, and we may ask that you sign a formal request to transfer your records to our clinic.

Is the EWPCN Medical Clinic a walk-in clinic?

No, the clinic does not offer walk-in services. You must be a registered client of the clinic to book an appointment to be seen.

Does the clinic offer virtual appointments?

Video and telephone appointments are available. Depending on your health concern, a virtual appointment may not be appropriate and we may require you to attend your appointment in person.
