They are amazing with mental health supports and trying to change behaviours so that there is less stress and anxiety in my life and so that I can handle it better.

The support I get is really helping me to make better decisions and shop for better nutritious food without breaking the bank. Also, my exercise program helps me stay on track to keep my knees and lower back in good shape...Having access to all programs help me stayed away for pain killers and frequent visits to my family doctor.

I had a great experience with both my dietician and my exercise specialist.

The PCN is good at seeing clients who have dementia, assessing them and providing ongoing support. Families appreciate having healthcare professionals who understand dementia.

I believe they are doing a good job with everything at the moment.
